Product Description
Intelligent precession vortex flowmeter is a new type of gas flow meter developed by Aister Instrument. The flowmeter integrates the function of flow, temperature and pressure detection, and can automatically compensate the temperature, pressure and compression factor. It is an ideal instrument for gas measurement in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industries.
Intelligent precession vortex flowmeter working principle:
The flow profile of the flow sensor is similar to the profile of a venturi tube. A set of helical vane is arranged on the inlet side. When the gas flow enters the flow sensor, the vane forces the flow to produce a violent vortex flow. When the gas flow enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow begins to rotate twice under the action of backflow, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon.
The precession frequency is proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the flow, and the detection element can measure the secondary rotational precession frequency of the fluid to obtain good linearity in a wide flow range. The signal is amplified, filtered, and transformed into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate by the preamplifier, and then sent to the microprocessor for integration processing together with the temperature, pressure and other detection signals, and the measurement results are displayed on the LCD screen (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature and pressure data).
