Product Description
Liquid turbine flowmeter is a kind of precision flow measuring instrument, which can be used to measure the flow and total amount of liquid with the corresponding flow integrating instrument. Liquid turbine flowmeters are widely used in measurement and control systems in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, scientific research and other fields. Liquid turbine flowmeters with sanitary fittings can be used in the pharmaceutical industry.
Turbine flowmeter is a kind of speed instrument, which has the advantages of high precision, good repeatability, simple structure, high pressure resistance, wide measuring range, small size, light weight, small pressure loss, long life, simple operation, easy maintenance, etc., used to measure the volume flow and accumulation of low viscosity, no strong corrosion and clean liquid in closed pipelines. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, liquefied gas, urban gas pipe network, pharmaceutical, food, paper and other industries.

Installation Instructions
- Requirements for the straight pipe section: The flowmeter must be installed horizontally on the pipeline (the inclination of the pipeline is within 5), and the flowmeter axis should be concentric with the pipeline axis when installed, and the flow direction should be consistent. The length of the upstream pipe of the flow meter should be not less than 2D equal straight pipe section, if the installation site is sufficient, it is recommended that the upstream straight pipe section is 20D and the downstream is 5D.
- Requirements for bypass pipes: In order to ensure that the normal use of the medium is not affected when the flow meter is repaired, a cut-off valve (stop valve) should be installed on the front and back pipes of the flow meter, and a bypass pipe should be set up. The flow control valve should be installed in the downstream of the flow meter, and the stop valve installed in the upstream when the flow meter is used must be fully opened to avoid the unsteady flow of the upstream part of the fluid.
- Requirements for the external environment: When the flow meter is installed indoors, it must be installed outdoors, and it must use sun protection and rain protection. Lightning protection measures to avoid affecting the service life.
- Requirements for impurities in the medium: In order to ensure the service life of the flow meter, a filter should be installed in front of the straight pipe section of the flow meter.
- Installation location: The flowmeter should be installed in a place that is easy to maintain and free from strong electromagnetic interference and thermal radiation
- Requirements for installation and welding: The user has another pair of standard flanges welded on the front and back pipes. Welding with flow meter not allowed! Before installing the flow meter, the welding slag and other dirt in the pipe should be strictly removed, and the pipe of equal diameter (or by-pass pipe) should be used to replace the flow meter for purging the pipe. To ensure that the flow meter is not damaged during use. Installation flow time, flange between the sealing gasket can not be concave into the pipeline.
- Flowmeter grounding requirements: the flowmeter should be reliably grounded and cannot be shared with the ground wire of the strong current system.
